Emma in the Night by Wendy Walker

4.0

I love the mental health presentation in this book, narcissistic, personality disorder, and disassociative identity. However, the mystery part of it kind of fell flat for me.
the fact that both disappearances didn’t have any real connection to one another didn’t make sense. It would’ve made more sense if after Cass told Emma she was pregnant Emma told her they needed to run away. The mother caught them in the act and in an attempt to stop them her and Emma got into a fight, resulting in Emma falling from the balcony.
