Max is your classic millionaire asshole, and I couldn’t stop giggling when I heard the male narrator’s voice (Will nailed Max's hot, smug vibe). Anna has dreamed of being a genie since she was a kid and ends up working for Max for 3 long years until, poof, a magical entity grants her wish. Suddenly, she’s Max’s wife, though she doesn’t remember the last 7 years, while Max is torn between not knowing her and his body definitely wanting her. I was cracking up when he just smiled for her, like, dude, you’re totally falling for her! Max says the swooniest yet filthiest things, and I was melting😮💨🤌🏻. The spice? Fluffy, but the audio took it to a whole new level—I was blushing like a tomato🥵. Where can I find my own Max?! Most of the story is from Anna’s POV, and I wish I got more of Max's thoughts, but the chemistry? 👨🏻🍳💋 Fate definitely has a way of pulling destined souls together, and this book was my favorite of the series. Highly recommend!
