I loved this book and I have no idea why
There’s literally no plot but I wouldn’t even call it a character book bc the characters don’t really have any strong development or journey, theres hints of some but nothing significant. Nothing is explained or makes any sense??
Yet I loved it. felt like a slice of life novel just about talking to people in one night and learning about each other in a very tender and endearing way.
although I felt like the women in this book weren’t overly sexualized like criticisms of his other work, there was a minor plot line of a beaten up sex worker that could have been handled better imo

Minor: Physical abuse
