I have a vague recollection of reading one of the Canterbury Tales many years ago. But the time came to read them all.

I confess that apart from the childish sniggers at the rude parts.. it was a tedium. It took me ages to read these.
I loved the, (ummmm…how to put it) the less than Victorian prudishness of the stories
