Good book, though not as good as the first. The first half of this book is very forgettable, apart from the build up of Chaol’s arch (I am forever a Chaol sympathiser, Calaena was so dramatic and literally for what). But yeah, I’m always going to love a good enemies to lovers / love triangle. The rest of the book was alright, especially its exploration into grief, but this book was very much just an information dump with a little bit of plot and a big bit of romance thrown in. Still fun tho!
