I enjoyed this and am glad it is an end to the series. The Murderbot books are fun. At its best the author locks in this bizarre prose style where Murderbot is emotionally disengaged from a situation and yet deeply in it and the writing gets really compelling. That's where it's best. As a regular scifi action story it kind of doesn't work for me. But as a musing on humanity and bot AI, maybe with metaphorical reach to queerness or transgender or simply being neuroatypical, that's good stuff.
