Victory of Eagles by Naomi Novik
5.0
Another great book!
I love the Temeraire POV in this book. I adore all the dragon characters in this book. They are such a joy to read and to feel with them and everything.
Iskierka? Poor Granby! On one hand I have to laugh at her antics and some things made me go: exactly! but on the other hand: poor Granby! :D And now he is forced to go to Australia with Temeraire and Laurence. :D
I love Perscitia and her ideas and inventions and so on!
The scene when Maximus flies into the camp and meets the other Reaper? With Berkley running after him? *LOL*
I love Will and what became of him. From the sailor that doesn't understand the soldiers in the corps to being one of them, getting them and still having a bit of an Outsider POV on the corps. I love that he gets depressed when they are going after the irregulars of the French and so on.
The idea that Napoleon crosses the channel and occupies London? Awesome!
I love this series and I'm a bit angry at myself that I don't have the next book already at home and now have to wait for it. :(
