I I am so grateful to have been gifted with the opportunity to read this ARC by Chasing Books PR through BookFunnel.

Unfortunately, this book just wasn’t for me. There were many things I didn’t quite understand. The FMC is destined to save 10 people on earth and the rest of earth will be obliterated while the 10 chosen are to create a new human world in the other realm. There was no explanation as to why those specific 10 people were the chosen ones.

Then there were people who seemed as if they would be important to the story but died before being able to connect with those characters.

I couldn’t even connect with the FMC. She seemed so..chaotic. (Honestly, everything seemed so chaotic.) Her guardian/love interest also was so damn intense but not the intense you get connected or attracted to. He never listened and he had an ability to take away her pain and he did so BUT many times without her consent.

Ultimately, in my opinion, it felt like a lot of information was missing and things happened so fast and so chaotically.
