Usually I don't read books that are formatted like journal entry, diary, back & forth e-mails, etc, because it's supposedly just one sided but sometimes the author made the main character to narrate things so we can understand and that is one of my pet peeves in reading. However this one is quite interesting and not trying to over-narrate. It keeps me curious and want to plow through. It can get quite violent at times and I hope it only happens in the fiction world. 4 stars from me.
