This is a phenomenal book that every educator, parent, and therapist should read. It's one of the few that I've actually done the exercises for, and it's one of the few that addresses how trauma systemically and intergenerationally disrupts our spirits and communities. I'll be listening to it on audiobook when I get the chance to really deepen my practice.
