I loved both Dax and Lane and the personal growth that they had in this book. How Dax let down his guard and started to let people in. How Lane, with Dax's help, was able to stand up for himself in the face of a truly horrible jerk. The other members of the band were great secondary characters and well as Princess herself.

As an added bonus, we got to see Erik and Cam from Hidden Blade and Chaser Lost from Missing Chord. I love these little cameos from Kaje's other Road to Rocktoberfest books.
