No one I trust more to write a hot psychopath than Penelope Douglas!!! Went in expecting a wild, dark, hot, and fun time and that’s exactly what I got. 

It’s a short story but you still get a flashback to their past and even a little bit of his POV in a mini epilogue too. 

Loved Castel (she was super relatable tbh) and Dominic. THEIR CONNECTION!!! THE TENSION 🥵!! So good. Will be rereading parts of this for forever I think. 

If you like dark romance though I highly recommend this short story especially since it’s free on Penelope’s website! 

My only con and then is I’m still very confused on what Roman and Diesel’s job was? I know it’s not like the most important thing but I couldn’t figure out if they were dirty cops or criminals or what? It bothered me that I couldn’t figure it out..
