Slaughterhouse-Five, or the Children's Crusade by Ryan North, Kurt Vonnegut, Albert Monteys
dark
funny
I read the novel once and didn't really “get” it. I can’t say this graphic novel made me love the book, but the way it presented the story worked better for me and helped me keep track of what was happening “when.” I liked the art style a lot and think, as a whole, it’s a really well-done adaptation.
Graphic: Death, Gun violence, Mental illness, Violence, Blood, and War
Moderate: Animal cruelty, Infidelity, and Injury/Injury detail
Minor: Sexual content and Car accident
