I have to be honest... I'm not really even sure what I read here. This was a lot darker than I was anticipating and overall, that's not for me. I thought it was going to be more romantasy which sounded fun. And sure, it did have elements of that, but a lot of the content was just completely off the wall even for me who loves fantastical worlds. I did a lot of laughing throughout my reading, but mostly because there was just so much ridiculousness going on here. I sincerely doubt I'll read any more in the series.
