The characters I felt we were supposed to like I didn't care about at all and the other characters were either whining little brats, or manipulative, vindictive people that I didn't care to get to know.
But have no fear!!!! I already started reading The Warded Man by Peter V. Brett, and am already loving it 100 pages in.
