"Average lives for average girls." Anya wants to prove that she is anything but average after being told this constantly by her father. She ultimately goes above and beyond doing so, starting an intriguing adventure when she meets a privateer after following her sister, who snuck off the air ship that they travel on with their brother to their new home.
This book was action packed with a great storyline! The more I read, the more I was captivated. The character development was phenomenal, especially for Anya, Marla, and Dax. The author does a great job with morphing Anya from an overly cautious girl to a fighter who wanted a more exciting life than she previously had. I would highly recommend this to anyone who lives adventures and a bit of sci-fi.
