this volume has some nice character development, esp for tanjiro in terms of battle acumen. however, the fight scenes can seem wooden at times, and the paneling + movement incontinuity remain a major issue that dampen the story's impact. also a lil weird that hantengu, despite being an upper rank 4, doesnt seem too intimidating for some reason. cant wait to see how this will get animated tho.
