I wanted to love this book, and I did love about 85% of it. There were moments of unnecessary sexual violence that were not really dealt with by the characters, which I hated, and I think Frances was done SO wrong by the ending of the book and the way characters treated her but the relationship between Annis and Harriet was lovely.
