Considering it's short stories I really enjoyed this one. Also helped that I'd recently read the last hours and already had a picture of some friendships and family links in mind from the infernal devices. I'm please everything worked out as Simon wanted although I thought it was a pretty dirty trick to kill off George at the end.

It was actually good, drastically better than The Bane Chronicles. I have to admit, I like Simon as a narrator more than Clary, mostly because Simon doesn't pine for Jace and always describes his eyes/hair. And we get to see some characters from a different side.

Oh, and big F U to the author for the ending.

I laughed and cried over this book! Catarina and the soup, Simon and George, Tessa, Will and Jem (sobs) and that DAMN CUTE BLUE BABY! I want to cuddle him so much! And of course the amazing art by Cassandra Jean!

OMFG If you ever told me that this book of novellas.. This 12th book by Clare that I have read.. would be so amazing and funny and heartwrenching.. Wow I'd say you were crazy. But 85 million stars thank you.
