Interesting start, but lost me halfway through. A bit too angsty.

Definitely did not expect anti-violence advocacy out of this book, but it was a much-needed, awesome surprise.

This was okay. To me there was nothing really special about it other than the fact it referenced a couple of other super heroes (including Wonder Woman in it).

It's about a popular girl who has super powers and a loner guy who falls for her and their adventure of running away because of the crimes they end up committing together.

That was a mess of a story

I think this fell a little short of what it could have potentially been, but overall it was a pretty good story and the art was great. I think big things can come from this in the future so I'll keep up with it.

Reminded me a little of the Kevin Brooks novel Being. Goes to some unexpected places but elements are a bit predictable. I liked the author's note at the end about selling violence as entertainment.

The writer did some super interesting things with the "girl discovers her place in the world with the help of a cute boy" story as well as with the concepts of heroes and villains and self-determination and all that good stuff.
