Exciting read! Lots of tools for selling that apply to business and personal decisions. Good suggestions in the final chapters for setting goals. I'll be rereading this soon to make sure I understand everything and practice the techniques.

This was a GREAT book in every way. I love the practical information as well as part of being a well rounded salesperson. I have underlined and highlighted so much. I will reread this book over and over!

Excellent guide for anyone in sales. Tom Hopkins is a household name when it comes to selling and this is the one book that everyone should have read at least once.
