I like the idea of dead time and alive time. But, for now I'm not motivated to continue reading.

*"TAKE PRIDE IN ALL YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS, IF OTHERS CANNOT ACCEPT THAT OR JUDGE YOU AS ARROGANT, IT'S THEIR PROBLEM NOT YOURS"

THERE'S A FUCKING REASON WHY PRIDE IS THE MOST DEADLIEST SIN IN THE BIBLE AND THIS IS WHAT IT WANTS YOU ABOUT, THIS IS LITERALLY GLORIFYING AND EVEN PERSUADING PEOPLE TO DO IT.

An honorable upgrade to Greene's [b:The 48 Laws of Power|1303|The 48 Laws of Power|Robert Greene|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1634897112l/1303._SX50_.jpg|1297604]

Interesting but nothing new or life changing, and entirely too lenghty for what it is. It has a lot of padding, even if well written.

Good book, but 50's life story was all over the place (chronologically). Made me think I was listening to chapters in the wrong order.
