I knew that when I bought this book I would enjoy it, and I was right! I loved it and can't wait to start the rest!

**A Trilogy**

I first read this series when I was just around 10 years old. This was just after I had finished Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit. In my mind, these works and Dragonlance included will always be the epitome of classical fantasy. No matter how many times I read this, I'll always tear up or laugh at certain things. This is, as I see it, as good as fantasy gets.

Including notations by the authors, we are able to get a much more “behind the scenes” look at this epic fantasy series that proves the balance must be maintained in the world and evil turns upon itself. My most highest recommendations!

Classic "D&D" fantasy. Feels a bit YA by today's standards, and some things don't hold up as well on reread. Still a favorite guilty pleasure.

Nice to have all three original Chronicles in one volume.

Reseña completa: http://laestanteriadeithil.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/cronicas-de-la-dragonlance-margaret.html

The Dragonlance Chronicles is one of those books with everything. The background it’s well built and the world it just makes sense. It is the perfect example which proves that, a simple idea hasn’t got to be bad just because it’s simple. Obviously, it gets complicated as the story goes. If you like fantasy and you haven’t read it, go ahead. You should give it a try. It’s an adventure book so it never stops. It has got some really charismatic characters. And of course it has got dragons! Lots of dragons. Who can resist a book with wizards, warriors, elves, and dragons? I don’t rate it five out of five, because that’s the rating for the Legends, my favorite of them.

"Until he could resolve his own inner turmoil, the raging division between the elven and the human inside of him, he would never know peace."

"No hero is ever perfect. Perfect heroes are boring and without interest. They have nothing to which we can relate. Imperfection, however, is almost certainly the defining trait of humanity - and as such, gives Tanis a quality to which all of us can relate."

Read the series when I was eight or nine, my dad had recommended it. Still, to this day I love this series.
