I feel like this second volume was even better than the first one. I loved the embedded narrative and the turn of events that the story took. What I love the most about it is probably the world building, with a lot of details, subplots, round characters, I will definitively read the 3rd volume.

An excellent sequel, God's grave absolutely did not disappoint! The hardest thing about writing a sequel with such a known character is how to keep the character's development and growth believable, consistent, and still flow with the guidance of the story. 

With that, I am delighted to already have the final book beside me so I can read this story just as it feels it was written-back to back.
