I got sick of my friends asking me to read this book (and the third one), so I gave in. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the first book, but for some reason I just get the ick from this whole fandom. No idea why, and there are just SO MANY books on my list that it kept getting bumped. 

That being said… once I started it I got sucked right back in. It’s everything you expect from these super popular fantasy books and I get it, they’re popular for a reason. There was plenty of action, I hate you but I love you back and forth with the love interests and a predictable cliffhanger to top it off. 

I just want a dragon of my own.
