Thoughts: Not for me..I read it, skimmed a good chunk, but at the end could not connect or even like the characters in this book.

6 Stars I LOVED this. I kinda knew after reading Truly's Biker first that this crew would become near and dear to my heart and I was right! The writing is so crisp and it doesn't really shy away from any of the grizzly things you might associate a MC with. And I haven't felt this kinda of hype for a Mc series since Hades Hangmen so the RBMC are definitely in good company. I really cannot wait for book 3 or anything else this author or this series will come out with.

This was an excellent story and it's well written. You'll be hooked not wanting to put it down until the very end. There's plenty of action with twists and turns. This one's raw, gritty, and dirty. Loki and Birdie are an unexpected duo but boy do they make one hell of a couple once they come to terms with what they mean to each other. A definite must read.

I loved this book! I think the author did a great job with some really heavy topics.

4.5.

The grunge. The dirtiness. The filth. The power dynamic. The wit and banter. Oof. Just yes. Please.

This was good.
Bridgette’s dad works in the pharmaceutical field and he invented a vial that is dangerous. People in the mob learned about this vial and attacked them, shooting Bridgette’s dad in the shoulder and stealing the Vial. Her dad hires the Royal Bastards MC to get back the vial and he also tasks them with protecting his daughter. So Bridgette is forced to live with the MC.

Loki was such an asshole in the beginning. He forced Bridgette to sleep in the basement which is almost abandoned and full of spider webs and dust. He pulled Bridgette’s hair when she ran away and dropped her on the ground after carrying her. He also put her in a dog cage.

Their plan to restore the vial was kinda dumb. The planned to let Bridgette into the enemy’s place wearing slutty clothes to seduce the guards so they’ll open the security door where they have their cameras. The guards try to SA her and of them dies. The other one kidnaps Bridgette and brings her to his boss. There Bridgette is forced to take drugs and she is SAed.

After the MC rescues her, she feels safe in the dog cage which was absurd to me. She even buys a bird cage and becomes kinky.
