I read this for my book club, not having the highest expectations for it.
However, I didn’t hate it. It’s a typical crime thriller that reminded me of a Murder, She Wrote episode, oddly enough. The plot was under-developed but I did find myself engaged. So there’s that.
Am I going to continue with this series? No. Is it the worst book I’ve ever read? Also no.
