okay biography. Very descriptive of events seemingly. By the end of it I didn’t really like Jim Morrison as a person that much at al. But I think it was good that he was depicted like a prick bc he seemed like one. Great music though. And his romantic relationships w his like 2 different serious girlfriends were kinda interesting and if they had affairs as well. Like he didn’t treat women great by any means but he was a prick bc he was a raging alcoholic and messy.

What I thought was a phase turned out to help me think differently about things. And wonder more about rockers mysterious deaths.

It's been a while since I read this, but I do remember liking it. I'll have to give it another read eventually.

Jim Morrison, in my opinion, is one of the most fascinating people in the world. This book portrayed his philosophical side, and it was completely captivating through the whole story. This biography portrays such a misunderstood character. I couldn't put this book down; I'd recommend it to everyone who knows of Jim Morrison and everyone who doesn't.

Its about Jim Morrison (He's in the Doors, and if you havne't heard of him or don't like the doors, you can slap yourself right now because they ARE REALLY REALLY GREAT) If you've ever seen the movie "The Doors" Its basically the same thing, except you get a lot of more of his childhood and stuff along the lines of that. There's some er.. racy??? Is that the word people use?? anywayz, racy stuff in it so its not good for readers 11 and under.
