This was probably the worst Pride and Prejudice variation that I have read. It was dull, and felt very uncentered from a Darcy and Elizabeth retelling. I felt like it had potential, but it was a total bust for me.

A variation of Pride & Prejudice where Darcy and Elizabeth meet for the first time in Kent, after Mr Bennet has died. A few new characters are introduced, and a few new challenges are faced by the characters. A very different development of the relationship between Elizabeth and Darcy.

An easy, relatively light read.
