Jagger's past has caused him to doubt he will ever find a woman who would want to be his old lady.   He doesn't mess with the club girls, which has him sleeping with the new veterinarian Celeste.  It's just sex but she is becoming increasingly pushy about wanting more which Jagger does not want.  Little does he know that he will be meeting the woman he would love to have as his ol lady but she is in danger and they live in two separate worlds.

Sunny loves working at the Wild Fig Sanctuary, she is respected but when poachers kill one of the cats she is enraged.   Sunny ends up kidnapped and under the protective custody of the Iron Dogz MC.   Jagger watches over her and she wants him badly.  They have something but when Jagger is hurt will she stay by his side?

This book has a bunch of stuff that just shocked me.   Keep your Kleenex handy because you are going to need it.  Jagger was much more complicated then I thought he would be.  Sunny is terrific, perfect match for Jagger.  The story continues to unfold in ways you do not see coming.
