It ended on a cliffhanger , which I wasn't expecting and didn't enjoy. That probably ties into some of the overall pacing problems I had with some story arcs.
I wanted to try a werewolf/fated mate story, which was the main reason I read this. I liked Aurelia and the pack's relationship quite a bit. Weston was just kinda.... Generic Stoic Manly Man. He felt interchangeable.
I can't say I was overly impressed or interested in this particular story, but it did spark curiosity in another spin off genre.
