Considering how unconventional Vonnegut’s original novel is, this adaptation was done extremely well. I was especially pleased by how Billy’s time traveling moments melted into one another and how Kilgore Trout’s work is presented in the style of old-fashioned comics as a sort of “book within the book.”

Very well done adaptation of the original novel.

A skillful adaptation of a book that, sadly, continues to feel relevant and probably always will.

//Read while doing steps for Walking Month
It was too intense for me, too chaotic with the jumps back and forth and the vocabulary. I am literally curious how a non-comic book would feel if this one was so painful.

A fantastical adaptation of the classic--it almost feels like the book was always meant to be a graphic novel. Perfectly executed, a great read whether (or maybe especially if) you know the book or not!
I received an earc of this book in exchange for an honest review.
