This is the cutest, sweetest book I have ever seen.  When Mama Toad struggles to get her child to fall asleep, marshland neighbors suggest various other tunes, such as "Quack quack!" or "Caw caw!"  But Little Toad knows just what he likes--the sound of his mama's voice!  With darling illustrations that elaborate on just how fanciful and dainty this story is, this book truly comes together.  It's just perfect for a goodnight story, great to read after you've tucked your little one into bed.  Great for grades PreK-2.
