I think this is just not my type of book, maybe I’m too young :) I liked the writing but the story didn’t catch me so it was hard to read more than a few pages at once. It was something different tho and very interesting- very sad ending!

Ich liebe den Stil von Zsuzsa Bánk. Diese tiefe Traurigkeit, die in allem lauert. Die Nachdenklichkeit und Melancholie in ihren Wort-Bildern. Einfach bittersüß und schön.

I don‘t have a lot to say about this book. It wasn‘t very exciting and it wasn‘t uninteresting or boring. I think it was just pleasant to read. I got sometimes confused by the many characters, but the most important ones are Isti and Kata anyway.

I felt bad for being slightly bored by this.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
