Fatphobia and just general bullying of the aunt who yes is a bit crazy but it’s hypocritical and a bit disgusting. The book didn’t age well.

Maybe I’m stupid, but I didn’t fully understand this. I did enjoy the commentary on bullying and war, but other than that this was fine. Also there’s a lot of slurs used which I didn’t like.
