I’d read this book years ago, and honestly forgot just how fun it was. The personality development of the main character throughout the story from someone I wanted to slap silly to somebody I genuinely rooted for and liked was very satisfying (and very rare for me to experience, so double kudos), and I love how effortlessly the author wove together different fairytales.
