This was a quick and easy read, but was fun. The character has problems connecting with the world, and takes it on as a project. What commences is the development of interesting friendships and romances. As contrived as it all seems, it's still funny and the character is loveable, so it's enjoyable to read. I do like that her sentences changed from short, choppy, measurable descriptions in the beginning, to more flowerly, fun descriptive wording as the story progresses. It morphs along with her, and I enjoyed the aspect.

I loooooove stories with quirky nerdy heroines and Lucy is just hilariously adorable. The growing her character has is incredible and seeing her get out of her shell and discover what friendship and love are is simply refreshing. Her blossoming relationships with everyone of her crazy friends would need a story of its own. I loved Freya and the guys and their support and instant love for Lucy is amazing :)
Now let's move to Jensen. The poor guy has gone through a lot, he's wounded, scared and has shut down. But the quirkiness of his neighbour will cut through his armour and give life back to him!
Lucy and Jensen are just to die for, do not let them go!!

I LOVED this book, so cute, so wholesome. I loved the characters and following Lucy while she figured out her emotions. It had me smiling through at least half of it.

This was too cute. The author did such a good job of growing Lucy through the whole book. Her verbiage was fantastic as the u emotional scientist. I doubt that would change in the future even as she develops and learns more about her emotions. Such a good feeling book. Light and fresh with some love built in
