Definitely more scattered than the first few issues, introducing characters with mixed significance, but still has really awesome moments and Spawn always looks amazing

Two chapters were suspiciously legible, not overwritten, and actually good - turns out they were written by Alan Moore and Neil Gaiman of all people. No shocker they were easily the peak of Mr. Todd's wild ride thus far (and probably for all time!).

Enjoyable. Interested in finding out more about Simons and the wizard.

This book was great. Spawn Origins Vol. 2 covers issues 7-14. With Authors Todd McFarlane, Alan Moore, Frank Miller, and Neil Gaiman. Also illustrated by Todd McFarlane. The second book is the Origins collection picks up right after the first. The story and characters were great. The dialogue between Spawn and any other character is always good. The narration for Spawn is sad but good at the same time. The violence when Spawn fights people or a battle between gangs is cool. The book is medium pace but its nice. Spawn is just a bad*** mother******. It's great.
